LIU Brooklyn's Children’s Academy hosts a summer camp for students ages 3 through 12. Campers enjoy academic enrichment in the morning and activities such as arts and crafts, music, dance and swimming in the afternoon.

Alumni Career Services:
The Brooklyn Campus Office of Career Services offers an array of career planning services. From assistance with résumé and cover letter development, to networking nights, career fairs and internship/job referral services, the Campus’ Office of Career Services help alumni to explore their career options and make the professional connections they need to launch their careers.
- Distance Career Counseling
Cathy Rimsky has joined LIU as our part-time, distance career counselor to work with alumni. Cathy is a seasoned professional with experience as a human resources executive and career coach in outplacement firms and private practice. Cathy will work with graduate students and alumni remotely via e-mail and telephone. Her services include: resume critique, cover letter development and job search planning.

Graduate Admissions Preparedness Program - Up to 12 undergraduate credits for free! GAPP permits alumni who have held their degrees for two years or longer to register for a lifetime maximum of 12 credits in credit-bearing undergraduate courses at the Brooklyn Campus for which prerequisites have been completed. A $200 registration fee is required per semester, but tuition is waived.
LIU Alumni Incentive Program - Students who have recently graduated from LIU with a minimum 3.0 G.P.A. are given scholarships ranging from $2,500-$6,000 when they enroll in a graduate program
LIU Distinguished Alumni Award - Scholarships for students with a minimum 3.5 G.P.A. who, because of their academic achievement as LIU undergraduates, are given awards ranging from $ 3,500-$7,000 annually
Graduate Excellence Award - For full-time (12 credit) enrollment in graduate phase of a B.S./M.S. or Pharm D. with 3.5 G.P.A., $2,000 annually.
